The Center for Diabetes Care at Indiana Regional Medical Center

The Center for Diabetes Care at Indiana Regional Medical Center is committed to providing personalized diabetes care to the people they serve. Established in August 2002, the center is recognized by the American Diabetes Association for providing quality diabetes self management education. The center's goal is to deliver diabetes education on three levels: patient care and prevention; community education and awareness; and diabetes advocacy.

In addition to supporting the needs of inpatients with diabetes, the center offers a comprehensive outpatient education program.

Diabetes Self-Management Education

This group program is designed for those recently diagnosed with diabetes or those who have diabetes but need up-to-date information to control their diabetes.
